I personaly believe that the inventions of different times were the most prominent for these days - just think of it - people invented the wheel and that made it easier for us to travel farhter, we invented the tools for harvesting and etc. and that gave us more food, we learned how to use fire and to get fire, that made us distinguished from the animal world as human species, we learned how to use electricity and now can even talk through distance.............by the means of I-net, cell-phones and who knows what is goinmg to be next.

Magnets- they are used in more things than you can imagine,.. then there is gunpowder- with which we can move mountains. and change governments.....

and radio

even the radio uses magnets...

you are sure right, but I gusee I meant the radio vawes doscovery as the biggest invention.....if I can say that - I am not really good in this question......but I guess any discovery is considered as invention too.
